At Gutology, we want you to feel as confident in your wardrobe as you do in your own skin. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
